Executed by Kar-Dık Construction Trade and Tourism Inc. for Anadolu Efes Brewery Izmir Branch, this project represents an integrated construction and renovation initiative covering production, logistics storage, site security, and utility infrastructure across the manufacturing complex.

Under the contract scopes, roof cladding was completely replaced over a total area of 14,535 m² across Bottling 1, Bottling 2, Canning, and Finished Product Warehouse units. In the heavy-traffic logistics zone, industrial flooring rehabilitation and specialized heavy-duty concreting were executed across 6,007 m² of finished product warehouse area. Additionally, a 750 m² waste management building, the main entrance security building, water tank foundation structures, transformer canal infrastructure, and general site renovation works were fully completed
