The project, executed by Kar-Dık Construction Trade and Tourism Inc. for Bank Mellat in 1st Levent, Istanbul, encompasses the construction of the corporate headquarters building for the bank. Located along Istanbul’s primary financial axis, the structure was realized to create prestigious and functional spaces designed to support banking operations and administrative processes at the highest level

Initiated under the contract signed on 04.11.2004, the construction works were successfully completed by contractor Kar-Dık Construction, achieving provisional acceptance on 27.04.2006 and final acceptance on 26.08.2008.

The Bank Mellat Head Office Building was constructed taking into account high-security, accessibility, and qualified architectural requirements demanded by the modern business world and banking sector. Featuring reflective blue glass and composite curtain wall cladding, it stands out as one of the iconic structures in the region.
